PREPAYMENT

We expect a prepayment of 30 % from the total amount for a definite booking via bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid on day of arrival in cash at the chalet or via bank transfer before arrival.

DEPOSIT

Deposit on arrival: € 200,.. (in cash) which will be returned upon departure in case of no damage and no heavy contamination.

BRING WITH YOU

Dishtowels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, capsules for the coffee machine...

DOGS

Dogs are not allowed in the chalet.

​

NON-SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in the chalet.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

You never know what will happen. Consequently we recommend you taking out your own cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy winter 2020/2021

If the booked dates can not be kept, our own cancellation conditions apply:

• 31 days before arrival - no cancellation fee

• 30 days to 14 days before arrival - 40 % of the total price

• 13 days to 7 days before arrival - 60 % of the total price

• 6 days to 1 day before arrival - 90 % of the total price

• Delayed arrivals and early departures will be charged according to booking
